The Meet the Makers February 2013 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM (EST) on February 7, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on February 18, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older as of February 7, 2013. Void in Puerto Rico and the other United States territories, and wherever prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/IP address.
Two (2) potential winners – the grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") and the runner-up (the "Runner-Up") – will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, at a drawing to be held on or about February 19, 2013.
Each of the Grand Prize Winner, the Runner-Up and Gift Card Winners will be notified by Sponsor via telephone, e-mail, overnight courier or mail, as Sponsor shall determine in its sole and absolute discretion, which shall be final, conclusive and binding, of his or her prize and instructed on how to receive such prize. Each daily Gift Card Winner will be notified the same day that he or she is randomly selected. The Grand Prize Winner and the Runner-Up shall be notified on or about February 19, 2013.
