CONTEST PERIODS:
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, or Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions), be 18 years of age or older, have a valid email address, and have never been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor of moral turpitude.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
All Recipes/Entries:
(i) Should be submitted by individual entrants, not by teams;
(ii) Must serve at least four (4) people;
(iii) The List of Ingredients must state at least one (1) Contadina® product (see list of products here: http://www.contadina.c
(iv) Total preparation and cooking time must not exceed ninety (90) minutes;
(v) All ingredients in the List of Ingredients must be readily available for purchase at major retailers/grocery chains or on the internet;
(vi) Must be the original creation of the entrants submitting them, and must not have received any prizes, awards or mentions in any other contest or competition;
(vii) Must not have been previously published or accepted for publication and must not be under consideration for publication, and entrants must not disseminate or otherwise submit the recipes to any other entity for publication;
(viii) Must be a distinct Recipe and not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, be derivative of other Recipes previously submitted by other entrants to the Contest;
(ix) The Photo cannot show or otherwise advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than a Contadina® product, or contain any personal identification, such as personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
(x) Cannot include ingredients that are considered illegal in any U.S state;
(xi) Must be in keeping with the Sponsor's image (in the sole discretion of Sponsor);
(xii) Must not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can a recipe defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's personal or property rights or any other third party rights; and
(xiii) Must be in English.
RANDOM WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On each of the Drawing Dates specified in the table below, the Contest Judges will randomly draw one (1) entry from all Categories combined (each a "Potential Winner" and, if verified, a "Sweepstakes Prize Winner") which will be eligible to win a Sweepstakes Prize (see Rule #6(b)) from among all eligible entries received during that week. Non-winning entries will roll-over into the next week's drawing. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received and eligible for the applicable weekly drawing. Potential Winners will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Limit: one (1) weekly Sweepstakes Prize per Facebook account/person/email address.

PRIZES:
(a) (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive: one (1) cooking vacation from Epitourean.com for two (2) people to Tuscany, Italy. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest the Winner's home within the U.S., (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation for seven (7) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), private transfers and a guide, a welcome dinner, private Chianti wine estate tour and guided tasting, cooking in a rustic Tuscan kitchen, private hands-on cooking classes, self-guided tour of Florence central markets, Tuscan truffle experience and cooking class, a farewell dinner, and $1,000 USD spending money (awarded as a check) for the Winner. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including ground transportation, meals, gratuities, travel documents, tax, personal expenses and all other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events after ticketing of trip for any reason whatsoever beyond its control. Transportation and accommodations are subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Air travel must be booked and taken for the dates provided by the Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel together. If any of the prize events are cancelled, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Prize will be forfeited if winner is unable to travel on designated dates. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid Passport) required for travel. Winner and guest must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of trip. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times; parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. If winner's guest is a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of guest who must sign and return all required documentation.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: USD $11,590.00, depending on Winner's point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
