Dates: Sweepstakes is valid from 1/17/13 12:00 AM MT to 2/14/13 11:59 PM MT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Separate Entry Periods are as follows:
Limit one (1) Entry per day per household and per DISH account, for the Sweepstakes Period.
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and D.C. (excluding, without limitation, residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age (or age of majority in his or her state) and older at the time of entry and current DISH customers in good standing for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
A random drawing will be held by Sponsor on or about 2/21/13, from among all eligible entries received. Potential Prize Winners will be drawn in the following order: Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Grand Prize.
Potential Prize Winners will be notified by phone at Sponsor’s discretion on or
about 2/21/13, and will have 48 hours to respond.
Limit one (1) prize per person, per DISH account.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Thirteen (13) Week 1 Prizes: one (1) 16GB iPad Mini, ARV $330. Seven (7) Week 2 Prizes: one (1) 16GB iPad with Retina Display, ARV $500. Five (5) Week 3 Prizes: one (1) 50” Samsung Flat Screen TV, ARV $1,150. One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000 Cash Card.
