permanent United States and Canada citizen and resident residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or in all Provinces of Canada with the exception of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

PRIZES: One (1) Random Prize will be provided to a randomly selected winner. The random prize options, to-be-awarded at the Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, are: either an Xperia™ Sony Smartphone, or random Maroon 5 merchandise.
