open to personals legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at time of entry.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
Prize: The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive: (i) one (1) pre-paid Visa gift card, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $4,000 (Subject to the terms and conditions of the pre-paid card and redeemable wherever Visa is accepted); and (ii) fifty-two (52) cans of Blue Diamond Almonds with an ARV of $175, collectively (the "Prize" or "Prizes"). The total ARV of the Prize is $4,175.
