Instant Win Prizes



· Using a Daily Pick: Using a Daily Pick by clicking on a Box will award you a random Decor Item (See section 4.1 for details) or a chance to win an Instant Win Prize. There will be fifty six (56) Instant Win Prizes to be won during the Sweepstakes Period at random times (see section 8 for details). Instant Win Prizes will be time stamped and awarded to the first person who selects a Box on or immediately after the aforementioned predetermined machine generated time stamp. You will be notified on screen if you are a winner of an Instant Win Prize. If you are deemed to be an eligible Instant Win Prize Winner, then you will instantly be presented with: (i) a page showing the prize you are eligible to win; (ii) a confirmation code; and (iii) a link to download the liability/publicity release form referenced in Section 7 herein and the email address for Technical Support. Before being declared an Instant Win Prize Winner you must meet the requirements stated in these Official Rules. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN SCREEN SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ANSWER HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

1. Eligibility

The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® “Explore Our Decor” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (“Cracker Barrel” or “Sponsor”), Launchfire Interactive, Inc. or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on January 19, 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on March 17, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.



4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period go to http://www.crackerbarrel.com/explore (the “Site”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process, which will require you to: (i) provide your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and any other information requested; (ii) create a password for the purposes of subsequent participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions for the Site. All information provided must be complete and true. Once you have fully completed the registration form with all required information, click the 'submit' button to complete your registration. You will then obtain one (1) daily pick (each “Daily Pick” as defined in section 4.2). You may obtain additional Daily Picks, entries into the Sweepstakes’ Grand Prize Draw, enter the Secondary Prize Draw (defined below) and win Instant Win Prizes as follows:



4.1 Grand Prize Entries



· Collecting Decor Items: Once you have registered and accepted the Official Rules, you will be presented with your decor wall (the “Decor Wall”). The Decor Wall will contain the silhouettes of 88 decor items (each a “Decor Item”) that are available for you to collect. Each unique Decor Item that you successfully collect will become fully animated on your Decor Wall and will earn you one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Draw (see section 5 for details). The collection of Decor Items can be accomplished by using your finite allotment of Daily Picks (see section 4.2 for details) to select a box (each a “Box”) from a grouping of several Boxes. Duplicate Decor Items collected through Daily Picks do not award the entrant with any entry into the Grand Prize Draw and do not impact the entrant’s Decor Wall.



· Collecting your team’s Decor Items: Entries into the Grand Prize Draw may also be earned by successfully inviting and having other individuals participate in the Sweepstakes as part of your “team.” Every person (up to a maximum of three (3) persons) that successfully registers through your (the “Inviter”) unique link becomes a member of the Inviter’s team. The Inviter can earn additional Decor Items (and therefore additional entries into the Grand Prize Draw) when members of their team earn those Decor Items through their Daily Picks. The team members (“Invitees”) do not inherit the Inviter’s Decor Items and cannot earn additional entries in the Grand Prize Draw. The Inviter, however, must also collect the Decor Item before being able to receive the accumulated entries from their team. Each participant is limited to having three (3) team members. As an Inviter, you can build your team through your unique link via the following methods:



o Invite a Friend Email: To invite friends via e-mail, click on the “Invite A Friend” link on the Site and enter the unique name(s) and unique e-mail address(es) of up to three (3) unique friends at a time. Each friend who has not previously opted-out of receiving notifications from Cracker Barrel will be sent an e-mail from Cracker Barrel containing a link to the Sweepstakes; the e-mail will identify you as having recommended that the e-mail be sent. You may only invite persons from whom you have received permission to provide their e-mail address to Cracker Barrel and by whom e-mail from you or Cracker Barrel would not be considered spam.



o Facebook Wall Posts/Invites: If you are a Facebook user and are logged onto both the Site and Facebook, while on the Site, you may also invite friends using the Facebook invite a friend tool by clicking on the Facebook icon in the “Online Invitation” portion of the Share with Friends page. From the Site, you will then be able to post an entry on your Facebook page regarding the Sweepstakes. If you do not have a Facebook account, visit www.facebook.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Facebook account.



o Twitter Posts/Invites: You must be connected to the Site and Twitter. From the Site, you can then post a message to your Twitter feed that will include a personal web link (see below for how to get a personal web link). If you do not have a Twitter account, visit www.twitter.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Twitter account.



o Personal Link or Banner: To retrieve your personal web link, from the Site, click on the “Share” link and locate the personal web link or personal banner on this page. You may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards and personal web pages or in emails. The distribution of your personal web link is at your discretion, subject to the following: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel and void any personal web link (and all associated earned Entries) which it deems, in its sole discretion, to be used or associated with content which is deemed inappropriate. Without limiting the foregoing, such content includes all forms of pornography, inappropriate language and content that incites hate, is demeaning, depreciates the value of Cracker Barrel’s name(s), brand(s), products or trade-marks, or incites discrimination of any and all forms.



PRIVACY NOTE: Any information about your friend(s) that you provide to Cracker Barrel will only be used by Cracker Barrel for the purpose of contacting your friend(s) (if applicable) to provide information about entering this Sweepstakes so they can enter if they choose to do so and will not be added to any direct marketing list or used in any direct marketing programs without their consent (which is provided by choosing to participate in the Sweepstakes).
