SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:01 AM PACIFIC TIME ("PT") ON 11/01/2012 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM PT ON 05/05/2013 (THE "PROMOTION PERIOD").

Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions), age 18 or older as of 11/1/2012, except employees (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies.

Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person, per household and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Subsequent entries received from the same person or household or email address after the first entry received from that person or household or email address will be void.

MEANS OF ENTRY: There are two (2) ways to enter: 1.) Online: Visit www.yamahayz.com and follow the directions provided to enter into the contest. Or 2.) Mail-in: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Yamaha 2013 Supercross Sweepstakes, 6555 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. Entries must be postmarked by 05/05/2013 and received seven (7) days thereafter to be eligible for the drawing.
