Sweepstakes begins at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on January 24, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on January 27, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 24, 2013 with access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period and subsequent Prize Award Period.
There are two (2) separate ways to enter this Sweepstakes: either through an Online Entry or by E-mail Entry.
Online Entry: Entrants must sign in to or register for a Fandango account by following the directions located at https://www.fandango.co
E-mail Entry: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending an e-mail to [email protected], which includes your name, e-mail address and the subject line Fandango's Movie 43 Sweepstakes. E-mail Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on January 27, 2013, to be included within the random drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
One (1) prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Prize will consist of: one (1) Apple iPad Mini 16GB (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] $329.00 USD).
