Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to see Thompson Square in concert on June 15, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Prize Coordinator to the major airport nearest Chicago, IL; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two tickets to the Concert (seating determined by Prize Coordinator); lunch for the winner and his/her one guest with Thompson Square; and a spa experience for the winner and his/her one guest the morning of the Concert (ARV $2,500)

Travel will take place June 14–16, 2013 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the concert, Lunch, and/or Spa Experience is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert, Lunch, and/or Spa Experience on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner


Individuals who have won a prize from Premiere Radio Networks or Big D & Bubba within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win
