The highest-scoring Submission based on the following criteria
("Judging Criteria") will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner:
• Inspirational Value of the Submission (33%);
• Quality of Submission (33%); and
• Submission adequately describes why Nominee has a "Heart of
Gold" (34%)
Prizes:
a) Contest:
ONE (1) NOMINEE GRAND PRIZE: Winner's choice of approximately one (1) ounce of gold or cash equivalent awarded as a check based on the value of gold as of February 21, 2013. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,700.
ONE (1) NOMINATOR GRAND PRIZE: A $500 check (ARV: $500).
b) Sweepstakes: A TOTAL OF SIX (6) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): Winner's choice of a gift basket of GoldToe socks for men, women, or children. Contents of the basket will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $51.60.
