Box 5046 Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046 Dept# 593608. You will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: One (1) entry card per envelope.
Timing: begins on January 30, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 13, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET. See Rules for Weekly Entry Period dates.
