Potential Grand Prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing to be held on or about Friday, May 10, 2013 from among all eligible entries received. Potential First Prize winners will be selected by a random drawing among all eligible entries received by drawings to be held on or about Friday, February 8, 2013, Friday, February 15, 2013, Friday, February 22, 2013, Friday, March 8, 2013, Friday, March 15, 2013, Friday, March 22, 2013, Friday, April 5, 2013, Friday, April 12, 2013, Friday, April 19, 2013 and Friday, April 26, 2013. Winners will be notified by telephone, email or U.S. mail.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) night trip for two (2) people to Fashion Week in New York City in September 2013, subject to availability. The trip includes:
• roundtrip economy-class airfare for two (2) to New York City from major airport nearest winner’s residence,
• three (3) nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy),
• two (2) tickets to a fashion show (to be selected by the Grand Prize winner from a list provided by the Sponsor),
• one (1) pre-show dinner, and
• one (1) $250 pre-paid debit card for spending money.

Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand Prize winner lives within 200 miles of New York City, winner will receive, in lieu of airfare, roundtrip local transportation between winner’s home and New York City. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation to/from airports, meals, fuel, gratuities, and hotel incidentals. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,995, but actual final value of trip may vary based on point of departure and ticket availability at time of purchase.

Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded. First Prize winners will receive one (1) $100 pre-paid debit card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Prize is $100.

ARV of all prizes is $4,995. Limit one prize winner per eligible household.
