HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on or about 2/1/13 and ends 5/31/13. There are three (3) ways to enter. 1. Call-in entries: Beginning at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on 2/1/13 and ending at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("EDT") on 5/31/13, HAVE YOUR 9-DIGIT NEWPORT CUSTOMER PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER ("PIN") FROM ANY NEWPORT MAILING AND CALL TOLL FREE 1-877-630-8111 from a touch tone phone and follow the voice prompt instructions. Smokers who do not have a PIN will need to follow all voice prompt instructions. Sponsor not responsible for entries that are disconnected, misdirected, incomplete, or inaudible, or that contain unintelligible information provided by entrants, or for otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late, incorrectly or are lost due to telephone or computer system equipment failure. LIMIT: One (1) call-in entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same entrant via the call-in method may disqualify all of that entrant's entries; 2. All Internet/wireless entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT on 5/31/13. LIMIT: One (1) Internet/wireless entry per person, per week. Direct mail recipients entering through the Internet or wireless mobile device must provide a valid email address. Prize

FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize is $50,000. Total retail value of all Grand Prizes: $250,000. Each Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Each Grand Prize will be in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitution. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per household. Each Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes.
