PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of a 250,000 Marriott Rewards Points, 100,000 Marriott Rewards points per friend for (2) two friends as designated by winner, and a $1,000 check for the winner's choice of a 501c3 charity. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $6,400.

ELIGIBILITY: Share the Rewards Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New Jersey, U.S. possessions, territories, overseas military installations in foreign countries and Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence as of February 11, 2013. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), and of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. If you don't like being annoyed with timeshare pitches, you may want to stay away from this one since it says right at the bottom of the entry page as well as in the rules:
