By entering the Tarter Farm & Ranch Makeover Sweepstakes I have read and understand the Official Rules and state that I am 18 years of age or older.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per person per day. Valid only beginning on December 6, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. and ends March 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The $10,000.00 Tarter Farm and Ranch Makeover gift certificate is redeemable for Tarter Products only at an authorized Tarter Dealer.
Winners will be notified by email or phone. If a winner is unreachable after ten (10) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Tarter Farm and Ranch cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, the prize will not be awarded.
The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
Tarter Farm and Ranch reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Employees and owners of Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules.
I understand by entering this sweepstakes that I am providing information to Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment or its selected sweepstakes application and not to Facebook.
Entrants further grant Tarter Farm and Ranch the right to use and publish their name and state of residence online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes. Tarter Farm and Ranch reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information on sweepstakes obtained through the sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Tarter Farm and Ranch are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
