The Kohl's "Forever Glowing Ultimate Date Night Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older.
The Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on Sunday, February 3, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Thursday, February 28, 2013 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person/email address. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the Entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, is prohibited.
Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip to Los Angeles, CA ("Trip") and dinner for two (2) at Jennifer Lopez's favorite Los Angeles restaurant. Trip includes: round trip economy-class air travel for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport close to winner's residence to a Los Angeles, CA area airport (as solely determined by Sponsor); two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations; three (3) days' rental car; $400 to be used for dinner or otherwise (to be awarded in the form of a gift card; use of such gift card is subject to terms/ conditions as indicated thereon); one (1) 1oz bottle of Glowing by JLo fragrance; one (1) 1oz bottle of Forever Glowing by JLo fragrance; one (1) 1.7oz bottle of Glowing by JLo fragrance; one (1) 1.7oz bottle of Forever Glowing by JLo fragrance and one (1) $500 Kohl's gift card (use of gift card is subject to terms/conditions as indicated thereon). ARV of Grand Prize: $3,576.00
Grand Prize winner must travel on dates of Sponsor's sole determination between May 14, 2012 and June 15, 2012 (Monday – Friday only, excluding May 28, 2012 (Memorial Day). If winner is unable to travel prior to 12/31/13, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from all remaining non-winning eligible entries received.
Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone.
