Contest Overview: This Contest is one (1) contest during which one (1) Winner will be selected from each of the following four (4) entry periods at approximately 11:00 AM PT on the day after the applicable entry period date below for a total of four (4) Winners.
February 6 - February 8, 2013 PT "Entry Period No. 1"
February 9 - February 15, 2013 PT "Entry Period No. 2"
February 16 - February 22, 2013 PT "Entry Period No. 3"
February 23 – February 28, , 2013 PT "Entry Period No. 4"
Entry Period No. 1 through Entry Period No. 4. above will collectively be referred to herein as ("Entry Period" or "Entry Periods"). All Eligible Submissions (hereinafter defined) not selected as the Winner during any one Entry Period will remain in the pool of Submissions to be considered for any subsequent Entry Period during the Contest Period.
To Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry:
To Enter via Instagram: In order to enter via this method of entry, entrants must have a mobile device that supports the Instagram application, have the Instagram application downloaded on their device and have a valid Instagram account. To enter entrants must: (i) log onto their Instagram account; (ii) on Instagram follow@BlueDiamond on Instagram; and (iii) upload an original digital photograph created and taken by entrant of almonds arranged in the classic shape of a heart to Instagram and add #BlueDiamondHearts to receive one (1) entry into Contest. Photographs must not feature any people. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants can open an Instagram account for free by registering with instagram.com. Entrant must be in compliance with the Instagram Terms of Use and Instagram Privacy Policy.
To Enter via Email: Send an email to [email protected] that includes "#BlueDiamondHearts Submission" as the subject line and include your full name, phone number, home address and email address in the body of the email and attach an original digital photograph created and taken by entrant of almonds arranged in the classic shape of a heart and you will receive one (1) submission into Contest.
Judging: Submissions will be judged by representatives of Administrator, ("Judges") based on the judging criteria specified herein. There will be one (1) Winner selected per Entry Period from the applicable Eligible Submissions as specified in Section 4 herein, for a total of up to four (4) winners, each a ("Winner" and collectively "Winners"). The Submissions will be judged on the following criteria: (i) creativity (33.3%); (ii) uniqueness (33.3%); and (iii) visual appeal (33.3%) ("Judging Criteria"). The Judges reserve the right to conduct interviews with any entrant. The Judges also reserve the right to extend the Contest Period, select more or less Winners, or not to declare any Winners if, in their sole discretion, the Submissions do not meet the qualification standards based on the Judging Criteria specified herein. The application of the Judging Criteria shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Judges. In the event of a tie or dispute or for any other reason that Sponsor deems necessary, determination of the Winners will be made by Judges and based on the "creativity" criteria specified above. In the event that more than one entrant independently submits the same winning Submission, the entrant that posted the Submission first will be determined to be the Winner for that applicable Entry Period. Contest Entities and Judges disclaim any liability from any entrant and entrants agree to waive any claims against Contest Entities and Judges relating to the judging or awarding process.
Prizes: The Winners (hereinafter defined) will each receive one (1) digital heart rate monitor, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $110, each a ("Prize" and collectively "Prizes") and (1) Blue Diamond Almonds Product Pack, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $40. The total ARV of all of the Prizes is $600.
