Winner Selection: At the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor will review all of the initial entries for eligibility. All eligible entries will be judged by Hearst Digital based on the following criteria: photographic quality (40%), creativity (20%); and adherence to the rules (40%). In the event of a tie, the person among the tied entrants with the most creative photograph will be the winner. Sponsor will select the Contest winner in accordance with the procedures set forth herein. The determination of the winner shall be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and such determination shall be final and binding.
