Promotion begins on February 1, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 12, 2013 at 11:59 A.M. PT.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Grand Prize Winner will receive $1,000 cash awarded in the form of a check, one (1) HD Streaming Pass to the Major League Gaming Winter Championships from March 15-17 and a one-year supply of FLIPZ® chocolate-covered pretzels, awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) free 5 oz. bag of FLIPZ® pretzels. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $1,165.48.
FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: The First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) HD Streaming Pass to the Major League Gaming Winter Championships from March 15-17 and (1) voucher redeemable for one (1) free 5 oz. bag of FLIPZ® chocolate-covered pretzels. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each First Prize is $12.99.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $1,217.44.
