Promotion will run for a total of six weeks, from January 7th, 2013, at 12:01 a.m. EST, through February 18th 2013, at 11:59 EST.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time the Promotion commences.

Daily Challenge Question: Each day during the Promotion Period a new multiple choice question will be presented. Should you need help answering the question a "hint" is made available to you. Once you have correctly answered the Daily Challenge Question you will instantly be notified if you have been selected as a potential winner, subject to verification. When you correctly answer the Daily Challenge Question, you will receive one (1) additional Entry into the Grand Prize drawing and one (1) chance at instantly winning a Daily Challenge Prize. The Daily Challenge Question will be available for 24 hours, and then will be replaced by the next day's question. Each entrant may answer each Daily Challenge Question only once.
"Like" On Facebook: Like My Well-Being on Facebook and you will receive five (5) Entries into the Grand Prize drawing. Entries received for "Liking" on Facebook are limited to five (5) Entries per registered user during the Promotion Period.
"Follow" On Twitter: Follow My Well-Being on Twitter and you will receive five (5) Entries into the Grand Prize drawing. Entries received for "Following" on Twitter are limited to five (5) Entries per registered user during the Promotion Period.
Share: During the Promotion Period, you may post Promotion information where your friends can see it using the quick link tool. To retrieve your personal link, click on the "Share" link and locate the personal link on this page. For each unique, eligible person who registers for the Promotion via your personal link during the Promotion Period you will receive five (5) additional Entries, to a maximum of twenty five (25) entries.
In addition, if you are a Facebook or Twitter user you may also click on the Facebook/Twitter icon in the "Share" portion of the site page. You will then be able to post a link and entry on your Facebook wall or Twitter page. For each unique person who registers through the link you post on Facebook/Twitter you will receive five (5) additional Entries, to a maximum of twenty-five (25) Entries.
Complete A Survey: Complete our brief online survey and you will receive ten (10) Entries into the Grand Prize drawing. You may complete the online survey only once.
Limitation On Entry: Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's Entries and that participant may be disqualified.
One potential Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random on February 25th, 2013, from all eligible entries in the My Well-Being Challenge. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided in the online registration. Twenty (20) potential Daily Challenge Winners will be chosen at random intervals during the Promotion Period, from all eligible entries submitted. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided in the online registration.
Grand Prize Winner will receive $1500.00 in Fun Ship Dollars good toward any Carnival Cruise and an American Express gift card in the amount of $2,000 which Winner may choose to use for transportation and incidental expenses. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00. Transportation to and from the port is the responsibility of the Winner.
