Timing: begins on or about 12:01 a.m. central time (“CT”) on February 11, 2013] and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on February 24, 2013

Limit: Entrant may enter Sweepstakes once each day

Eligibility: open only to legal residents who are physically located in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, Hawaii, or the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding Alaska) and are eighteen (18) years of age or older

Prize: A total of one (1) prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The winner will receive one (1) AMERICAN IDOL®
travel package for two (2) persons for two (2) nights and three (3) days to Los Angeles, California which will consist of the following:
two (2) round trip coach airfares between the major United States gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence (as determined
by Sponsor) and Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”); provided, however, if the winner resides within a 150 mile radius of LAX,
airfare will not be provided; car services from LAX provided, however, if winner resides within a 150 mile radius of LAX, ground
transfers will not be provided; room accommodations (one (1) standard room, room and tax only) for two (2) nights at a hotel
selected by Sponsor; and two (2) tickets to the AMERICAN IDOL® 2013 Finale (the “Event”) currently scheduled for Thursday, May
16, 2013 (subject to change in the Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this prize is
$3,500.00.
