Contest begins on February 5, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 1, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter: During the Contest Period, visit http://www.webmd.com/parenting/ra...efault.htm and log-in to or create your WebMD account. Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the Contest registration form, including a valid email address, and submit one (1) essay explaining who you love this Valentine's Day and why they're your Valentine (the "Submission") in order to receive one (1) Contest entry.
Limit: Each entrant may enter the Contest one (1) time during the Contest Period.
After the conclusion of the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the potential winners from among all eligible Submissions received, based on an application of the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
• Creativity/Originality (30%);
• Writing Proficiency (proper grammar, spelling, sentence flow) (30%); and
• Relevance to Contest Theme (40%)
The entrant with the highest-scoring Submission will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, and the four (4) entrants with the next highest-scoring Submissions will be deemed potential Runners-Up. In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the higher score in Relevance to Contest Theme, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the potential winner.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $1,500 gift card and four (4) U.S. Disney park tickets. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,856.
FOUR (4) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: A $375 gift card and two (2) U.S. Disney park tickets. ARV: $553.
For all Prizes: Park tickets will be for either Disney Park or Disney Land, as determined by winner's vicinity to park location. Terms and conditions of park tickets and gift cards apply. Specific gift card and park ticket type determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Park tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,068.
