Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico, but excluding
Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions not otherwise
mentioned herein) who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Entrants must be a “Fan” of Sephora’s
Facebook Page to enter the Sweepstakes(no purchase or fee is necessary to be a “Fan” of Sephora’s Facebook
Page).

The Sweepstakes begins on February 8, 2013 at 12:01 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends
February 18, 2013 at 12:01p.m. PT. Entries must be received by 12:01p.m. PT on February 18, 2013.

Potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes
Period in a random drawing conducted by Sephora on or about February 18, 2013, and will be notified by phone
or e-mail.

One (1) grand-prize winner will be awarded a grand prize with an approximate prize value of $4,800.
The grand prize consists of a three-day/two-night trip for four people (grand prize winner and three guests
chosen by grand prize winner who each must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of departure) to Las
Vegas, Nevada. The grand prize will include round trip economy class airfare from the nearest major U.S. airport
to the grand prize winner’s home (grand prize winner and guests must travel to and from the same airport and
have the same travel itinerary), hotel accommodations at the Cosmopolitan Hotel (double occupancy, room and
tax only), and $400 for dinner at a chic restaurant in Las Vegas. The winner will also receive a Rebecca Minkoff
party clutch ($450 retail value) and winner and each guest will receive a gift bag of Buxom products (winner’s gift
bag having an approximate retail value of $215, and each guest gift bag having an approximate retail value of
$78). Sponsor reserves the right to structure the grand prize and select airline at its sole discretion. All other
expenses related to acceptance of the grand prize not explicitly listed herein as being part of the grand prize are
the responsibility of the grand prize winner, including but not limited to: beverages, food, fax, gratuities and tips,
insurance, laundry service, merchandise, transportation (including travel to/from airports), parking, room service,
service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel
must be booked within two (2) months and taken within six (6) months of winner being selected. Travel
arrangements for guests (who must have the same travel itinerary as winner) must be booked at the same time
as winner and the full names of all guests must be given at the time of booking. At the time of booking, all guests
must complete, sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Travel
arrangements cannot be changed following booking. Certain restrictions, blackout dates and conditions may
apply and travel cannot be taken during holiday weekends. There will be no first place prize.

One (1) second-place prizewinner will be awarded the second place prize consisting of Buxom products with an
approximate retail value of $200.
