Newtons Fruitful Pursuits Sweepstakes ~ 5/6/13 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 and ends at 11:59AM (“ET”) on Monday, May 6, 2013.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Upon registering, entrants will have the opportunity to share/or refer the Sweepstakes with others by publishing a post to their own Facebook wall or by Tweeting. Entrants can also share information and/or refer friends to enter the Sweepstakes via Send-a-Friend Email. For every referee that enters by clicking through the shared link via Facebook post, the referrer will receive one (1) additional bonus entry for each friend that enters the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless if entrant has more than one (1) email address.

Mail-In Method #2: Mail a postcard, including your full name, phone number, email address and complete mailing address to: The Fruitful Pursuits Sweepstakes, c/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail, Bldg. 2, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Tuesday, February 12, 2013 and Monday, May 6, 2013 and received by Saturday, May 11, 2013.

Weekly Entry Periods: There are twelve (12) Sweepstakes Weeks in the Sweepstakes promotion (“Weekly Entry Period”). Entries must be received during the Weekly Entry Periods indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that weekly prize. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over to subsequent Weekly Entry Periods. Entrants will only be eligible to win a prize for the Weekly Entry Period during which they are received. Limit: one Weekly Prize per person.

Weekly Winner Random Drawings: The weekly winners will be selected in a series of random drawings on or about the drawing dates indicated in the Weekly Sweepstakes Prize Drawing Schedule above, from among all eligible entries received within the corresponding Weekly Entry Period at the offices of US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsors whose decisions are final. Weekly winners’ will be notified by email and requested to confirm their mailing address within forty-eight (48) hours of notification via return email. Prizes will be sent to the address on the entry form or new address provided via email within approximately 4-6 weeks of winner being verified.

Grand Prize Winner Random Drawing: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, May 13, 2013 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. It will take place at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email and/or phone and be requested to confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Releases"). The Grand Prize will be awarded within approximately 4-6 weeks after the winner is verified.

Prize Conditions: All travel related expenses, including but limited to, ground transportation to and from home, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and personal expenses such as telephone/Internet charges, and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Winner and travel companions must travel on same itinerary. Prize must be used on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Dates are subject to change. Travel is subject to availability and trip must be taken on dates specified above. All hotel reservations are based on availability and all holidays are excluded. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. Reservations are subject to availability. If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guests to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, Grand Prize winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Grand Prize winner and guests are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older and must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel as noted above.
