Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, February 1, 2013, US Pacific Time and ends March 17, 2013 at 11:59 PM, US Pacific Time.

Open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States and/or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

There are two (2) methods of entry for this Sweepstakes, on-line entry through Facebook, and written entry.

NOTE: Valid UPC code from any available Monster Energy 10 pack beverage product is only required to claim exclusive Monster Energy Gear DLC. You can skip now and return later to claim your exclusive code. You will still be registered for a chance to win.

(B) Written Entry: Using a 3"x5" index card, completely and accurately submit the required information including Entrant's first and last name, home address, a valid email address, date of birth, and home telephone number including area code. Mail the completed entry card to MONSTER ENERGY – Aliens: Colonial Marines Sweepstakes, c/o Orbit Sales & Marketing, LLC, PO Box 290904, Nashville, TN 37229. All written entries must be received no later than March 17, 2013.

Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.

One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. One (1) "Grand Prize" shall be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize includes: One (1) custom Aliens™: Colonial Marines wrapped Monster Energy fridge, one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines Collector's Edition Set, one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines Xbox 360 game, one (1) Microsoft 250GB Xbox 360 Console, a one (1) year supply (12 cases) of Monster Energy drink, and one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines t-shirt. Grand Prize's approximate retail value ("ARV") is: $1,120.00.

Four (4) First Prizes are available to be won. "First Prize" shall be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize is one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines game, one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines T-shirt, and one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines Collector's Edition Set. Each First Prize's ARV is: $170.00.

Ten (10) Second Prizes are available to be won. One "Second Prize" shall be awarded to each Second Prize Winner. Each Second Prize is one (1) Aliens™: Colonial Marines Xbox 360 game, and one (1) Monster Energy Swag Pack (hat, shirt, and stickers). Each Second Prize's ARV is: $80.00.

No Entrant may win more than one (1) prize.
