PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize (awarded via Random Drawing). The Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 2014 NCAA® Men's Final Four® and the REESE'S® College All-Star Game; gear for winner and three (3) guests from the NCAA store (exact gear, sizes, colors, etc. to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor's sole discretion); and $2,100.00 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check). Trip portion of Grand Prize includes: Quad-occupancy suite accommodations for winner and three (3) guests for four (4) nights; four (4) tickets to the 2014 NCAA® Men's Final Four® which includes tickets to the semifinals and championship final and four (4) tickets the REESE'S® College All-Star Game. If Grand Prize winner's residence is not located within 250 miles of the destination city of where tournament is played, round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport near winner's home within the U.S.) will be provided for the winner and his/her guest, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner and guests must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel within the United States within seven (7) days of travel. Any minor guest (under age 19 in NE or AL, 18 in all other states) on trip must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner or winner's guest. Winner and guests must travel in March/April 2014 and on dates specified by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion; no alternate travel dates available. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Selection of airport, airline, hotel, event seating assignments, and travel dates are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guests. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Actual value of trip portion of the Grand Prize depends on city, day, and time of departure. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $12,352.00. Winner may take a cash alternative of $12,352.00 in lieu of the above-stated Grand Prize (trip, gear and spending money).

INSTANT-WIN PRIZES:

Five Hundred (500) First Prizes. Each First Prize consists of one (1) $100.00 NCAA Store Certificate (awarded in the form of a gift certificate code that will be emailed to First Prize winner) redeemable at www.NCAA.com/Shop. ARV: $100.00 each.

Ten Thousand (10,000) Second Prizes. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) coupon good for one (1) free REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cups candy bar (1.5 oz.). ARV: $1.19 each.

Total ARV of all prizes offered is $74,252.00. Limit one (1) First Prize and one (1) Second Prize per household/person.
