2013 NHRA Mello Yello® Drag Racing Series Sweepstakes ~ 12/6/13

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 14, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 6, 2013.

Open to legal permanent U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Entrant who is selected as the potential Grand Prize Winner must have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of respective prize.

Two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. ONLINE: http://www.nhra.net/2013sweepstakes.asp

2. EVENT: Visit an NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series event and enter by completing an entry form via an event Kiosk or an entry form supplied by NHRA.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a 2014 Ford Mustang GT premium, having a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (the “MSRP”) of approximately $34,300 (Vehicle Color, Options and Accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).

FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize of a 2014 Harley-Davidson® Wide Glide ® motorcycle, having a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (the “MSRP”) of approximately $14,999 (Vehicle Color, Options and Accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).

Grand and First Prize winner must have and provide a valid U.S. Driver’s License and provide proof of existing Car/Motorcycle Insurance Coverage (Comprehensive or Liability) at time of delivery. Grand and First Prize winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Grand or First Prize. Winner must accept delivery of vehicle at a dealership to be determined by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle.

SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize winner will be awarded a LG 55” Cinema 3D LED TV with SMART TV from Brand Source having an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2,550.

THIRD PRIZE: One (1) Third Prize winner will be awarded two (2) Traxxas 1/8 Scale R/C Funny Cars: John Force and Courtney Force Editions and one (1) Traxxas DTS- 1 Drag Timing System having an ARV of $1,258.

Total value of all prizes to be awarded is $53,107. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household.
