If a Prize Period 1 winner is unable to attend the race, he/she may assign or transfer prize to an individual who is a legal resident of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) and the age of majority in his/her state of residence. Request for such prize reassignment/transfer must be made at the time of prize claim.

By approximately February 24, 2013, an e-mail with instructions on how to download the Best Buy e-gift card will be sent to verified e-gift card prize winners to the e-mail address provided on the prize claim form.
