HP Wake Up Your Walls Sweepstakes ~ 4/30/13

Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Standard Time (“CST”) on February 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on April 30, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

Promotion Period is divided into eleven (11) Entry Periods as outlined in the chart below. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on the Start Date listed below and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on the End Date listed below (CST or CDT as the case may be).

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have not been convicted of any felony, or of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, nor subject to any protective order or restraining order at the time of entry or prior to the time of entry.

Follow the online instructions to register and submit your entry to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing for the corresponding Entry Period and one (1) entry into the random drawing for the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day.

Seven (7) First Prize winners will be selected for each Entry Period in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed above, from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 2, 2013 from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. Entries will carry forward to the Grand Prize drawing only; entries will not carry forward to subsequent First Prize drawings.

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a Photo Wall Makeover supervised by a celebrity designer, which may include décor provided by the designer, up to a total value of one thousand dollars ($1000). Prize is subject to availability and background check as described below. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.00.

Grand Prize winner must be the owner of the home in which the Photo Wall Makeover will take place or otherwise have permission from the owner or appropriate authority to make the required modifications to the home, and must be able to provide proof of same upon request by Sponsor. Sponsor shall have no responsibility for verification of homeownership or authorization, and winner will be solely liable for any claims, issues, costs or damages arising out of the same. Grand Prize winner may be required to provide photos and other materials for use during the makeover consultation. Grand Prize winner will be asked to leave the home before the final makeover is revealed. Further details will be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of redemption.

First Prizes (77 total; 7 per Entry Period): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) $250.00 gift card to either Walmart or Meijer which may be used to “wake up your walls”. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV: $250.00 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $20,250.00. Limit one (1) First Prize per person/household.
