open to legal U.S. residents who reside in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable or Insight Communications and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI, and 18 years of age or older.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to San Diego, CA, where he/she will meet cast members from The Walking Dead this July. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner's residence to San Diego, CA; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only] for five (5) days and four (4) nights, transfers to and from airport in San Diego, two (2) adult four (4) Day passes to a Convention (“Tickets”) and select talent meet & greets (as determined by AMC), one (1) year of the best available Digital TV [plus equipment – one (1) set-top box and remote control] and Broadband Internet service (as determined by the entrant's state/region)], a Sponsor-selected tablet PC, and a Sponsor-selected “The Walking Dead” prize pack. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,350,

Three (3) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Sponsor-selected tablet device and one (1) sponsor-selected “The Walking Dead” prize pack. The ARV of each First Prize is $550.

Five (5) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) Sponsor-selected “The Walking Dead” prize pack. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100.
