Non-purchase and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning. Contest begins January 1st, 2013, and ends July 1st, 2013. ELIGIBILITY Must be legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years old as of January 1st, 2013. Employees of South I-75 Chrysler and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses), regardless of where they live, are not eligible. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Information about entrants will not be shared with third partiesr. HOW TO ENTER Submit the form above. That's it. Mail entries without purchase or obligation. Entrant must print his or her name, home address, and day, evening phone numbers & email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail the card to South I-75 Chrysler, 140 Spears Lane, Crittenden, KY 41030. Attn: BDC Department. DRAWINGS The drawing will be held on July 4th, 2013 here at South I-75 Chrysler. Drawing will be conducted under the direction of South I-75 Chrysler, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. Limit one prize per person or household. NOTIFICATION Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail or email and will be required to sign an Affidavit of receipt when claiming their prize, Winners must agree in writing to accept these rules and regulations in order to claim any prize. By accepting any prize from South I-75 Chrysler, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information of any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law, and without any additional compensation. The winner expressly waives the right to review any and all advertising bearing his or her name, photograph, likeness, and titles prior to their use. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY South I-75 Chrysler, its officers, director, employees or attorneys are not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the contest, or any incomplete, lost, late or damaged postal mail.
