PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void outside the WTVJ terrestrial geographic viewing area and where prohibited. The Stay Connected with NBC 6 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 31, 2013 at 6:01 A.M. ET and end on March 1, 2013 at 6:00 A.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically located in the WTVJ terrestrial geographic viewing area in the counties of Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach in the state of Florida, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
TO ENTER: Sweepstakes consists of twenty-one (21) daily drawings (each a “Daily Drawing”) conducted over the Sweepstakes Period. Each Daily Drawing will consist of: (i) an entry period (a “Daily Entry Period”) as detailed in the chart below (each with a “Daily Period Start Date” and a “Daily Period End Date”); and (ii) a Daily Drawing conducted on the daily drawing date (“Daily Drawing Date”), as specified in the chart below, from among all eligible Entries received during the corresponding Daily Entry Period. To be eligible for a Daily Drawing, Entries for each Daily Drawing must be received by the Daily Entry Period End Date for that particular Daily Drawing as specified in the chart below. Limit one (1) Entry per person/Facebook account during the Daily Entry Period, for a total of no more than twenty-one (21) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential daily winner (each a “Winner”) will be selected on or about each Daily Drawing Date as specified in the chart above in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsors from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. A total of twenty-one (21) potential Winners will be selected during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winners at the phone number and/or email address submitted at the time of Entry.
Limit one (1) Prize per family or household. Potential Winners must present an ID that is valid in the state of Florida and also be able to pick up prize in at the WTVJ station, 15000 SW 27th Street Miramar, FL 33027 unless otherwise indicated. Sponsors will not provide proof of purchase or warranty on Prizes awarded.
PRIZES: There will be twenty-one (21) prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period (each a “Prize” and, collectively, “Prizes”), with one (1) Prize to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) 16GB iPad®. Prizes do not include data and/or service plans. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is four hundred ninety nine dollars ($499). Total ERV of all Prizes is ten thousand four hundred seventy nine dollars ($10,479).
