ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who has attained the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry and is at least 18 years old.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period eligible participants may visit the Alitalia Facebook page at http://www.facebook.co
LIMIT one (1) Entry per person, per email address/Facebook profile.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Photo Submissions must conform to the formats specified and accepted by the Sponsor's application site as a jpg, gif, or png file. The Photo submitted should depict a moment that best represents how they and the person or people in the photo love Italy. All Submissions must be the original work of the person who entered. Entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright of any submission he or she submits. By entering a Submission, each Entrant guarantees that he or she is the author and copyright holder of the Submission. Sponsor will not assist any Entrant with the development or production of a Submission. Each Entrant represents and warrants that Submission does not infringe any other person's or entity's rights and that they have obtained the rights from any person(s) featured in the Submission. Submission must not contain any unauthorized third-party owned material, including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, expect for those of Alitalia. Additionally, Entrant represents and warrants that he or she will not have and will not acquire any trademark rights, copyrights, or any other rights in or to Sponsor's trademarks, trade names, logos or other intellectual property. Sponsor specifically reserves all its rights to protect its intellectual property against any infringement or other illegal or improper use.
DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION: Two (2) random drawings will take place to determine the winners. The first drawing will occur on February 14, 2013, from all eligible entries received up until the time of the first drawing. The second drawing will take place at the conclusion on the Sweepstakes Period, on or about February 21, 2013, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZES: Two (2) GRAND PRIZE winners will each receive round- trip, economy class air transportation on Alitalia operated flights for winner and guest. Flight may be from any United States gateway that Alitalia services to any Alitalia destination in Italy. Code share flights are excluded from this promotion. Flights may not be upgraded to a higher class of service and are not eligible for mileage accrual. Flights cannot be endorsed to another airline or exchanged for a cash refund. Arrival and departure airport in and out of Italy may be different. ARV of Grand Prize is $2,500.
Grand Prize Winners must travel between March 1, 2013 and June 25, 2013, and use both tickets simultaneously. Once tickets are issued they cannot be changed.
