There is one (1) way to enter this Sweepstakes: through an Online Entry. Entrants may receive a maximum of one (1) total entry in this Sweepstakes.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will consist of: two (2) coach round trip airline tickets for Winner and a guest from a major U.S. airport (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities) near the Winner's residence within the continental US to Las Vegas, NV, on an airline of Sponsor's choice (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $1,500.00 (USD)) (unless winner lives within 150 miles of Las Vegas, in which case ground transportation will be provided and difference in ARV not awarded); roundtrip transportation between Las Vegas airport and hotel (ARV $100.00 (USD)); four (4) night stay at the Caesar's Palace hotel in Las Vegas in a standard room, double occupancy (ARV $800.00 (USD)); two (2) passes to the CinemaCon convention taking place April 15-18, 2013 at Caesar's Palace (ARV $2,080.00 (USD)); two (2) VIP green room tickets for CinemaCon 2013 Big Screen Achievement Awards on April 18, 2013; two (2) VIP tickets to the CinemaCon 2013 Big Screen Achievement Awards on April 18, 2013 (ARV $350.00 (USD)). Total ARV of Grand Prize is four thousand eight hundred thirty dollars ($4,830.00 (USD)). Winner and guest must be able to travel on or about April 15-18, 2013. Hotel stay must be booked for four (4) consecutive nights during the CinemaCon Convention and will not be valid for another trip. Trip must be taken on or about April 15-18, 2013 in conjunction with CinemaCon award show.
