"Random Drawing:
There will be ten (10) Monthly Prize winners selected in eight (8) separate random monthly drawings on or about 7 business days after the end date of each month from among all eligible entries received each month, and prior months, if any, during the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during each month and prior months, if any. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone/email.
Prizes And Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Monthly Prizes (80 total - 10 per month): $1,000, awarded in the form of a check (ARV: $1,000). Limit one (1) prize per person/household/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes are nontransferable and winners may not substitute prizes. Income and other taxes, if any, related to the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the value of the prizes for the Monthly Prize winners."
