Eligibility:

The Contest is limited to all residents of Canada and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Arizona, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska and Puerto Rico). Void in excluded provinces/states and where prohibited by law. To be eligible to claim a prize, claimant must be of age of majority within their jurisdiction of residence. To be eligible to play, entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest Period. If an entrant is 13 years or older but less than the age of majority in his/her province or state of residence, then entrant shall be considered an eligible minor (“Eligible Minor”).

Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of Sponsor (as defined below), The TDL Group Corp., Tim Hortons USA Inc. or their affiliated or related companies, Tim Hortons franchisees, the consulting, advertising and promotion agencies of the Sponsor and the independent contest organization are not eligible to participate. Employees of Tim Hortons franchisees as described in this paragraph are limited to those employees who are providing services in any way to the Tim Hortons restaurant. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.

Prizes Available:

The currency of all Tim Card prizes will be based on the winner’s country of residence. Residence shall be based on where the prize claimant normally resides as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

(A) Daily Prizes: There are two kinds:

$25.00 Tim Card®: There are seven hundred (700) $25.00 Tim Card prizes available, twenty-five (25) available per Day. A Tim Card prize consists of one (1) x $25.00 Tim Card. Tim Card prizes must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any Tim Card prize. Tim Cards carry their own terms and conditions (see back of Tim Card). (ARV = $25 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence)
Universal Music 3-Song Download: There are nine thousand eight hundred (9,800) music download packs available (350 download packs per day). A Universal Music 3-Song Download package includes 3 FREE music downloads from the Universal Music & Rockin’ RRRoll Up Roulette music store (“Music Store”). Subject to terms and conditions of the Music Store. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost orders, failure, or any technical malfunctions relating to use of the Music Store. (ARV = $3.87 CAD ($3.87 USD) per 3-song download pack)
(B) Weekly Prizes: “Free Coffee for a Year”: There are four (4) weekly grand prizes available (“Weekly Grand Prize”). One (1) Weekly Grand Prize is available during each consecutive seven (7) Day period during the Daily Contest Period. Each Weekly Grand Prize consists of (1) prize of Free Coffee for a Year. The Free Coffee for a Year consists of six (6) x one hundred dollar ($100.00) Tim Hortons Tim Cards (Total Value = $600.00) which allows each winner to purchase approximately one (1) Tim Hortons small (10 oz) coffee (or equivalent value) each day for one (1) year. (ARV = $600 CAD ($600 USD) per Weekly Prize)

(C) VIP Prize: $25.00 Tim Card: There are twenty five (25) VIP Prizes available. The prize consists of one (1) x $25.00 Tim Card. Tim Card prizes must be accepted as awarded in the form solely decided upon by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any Tim Card prize. Tim Cards carry their own terms and conditions (see back of Tim Card). (ARV = $25 per prize based on currency of winner’s residence)

(D) VIP Grand Prize: One VIP Experience to See Phillip Phillips, is available to be won. The prize consists of two concert tickets, a meet and greet with Phillip Phillips and access to an exclusive sound check event (“VIP Experience”). The Sponsor will choose the concert, which is expected to occur sometime from April to July of 2013, subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the concert does not take place in the winner’s city/town of residence, then travel and accommodations will be provided. Meals will not be provided. Travel for the winner and one (1) guest will only be provided departing from the major international airport closest to the winner’s city/town of residence. Approximate retail value of the VIP Grand Prize is $7,500 CDN ($7,500 USD).
