Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am ET on February 11, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on April 1, 2013.
Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of February 11, 2013.
"Like" the Honey Bunches of Oats Facebook page, enter through the Send a Smile Win a Trip tab - https://www.facebook.co
Follow the on-screen instructions to register (only required on first visit) or login (if you have already registered). Upon completion of registration or login you will be prompted to download the Instagram application if you don't already have it. You will then be required to snap a picture of yourself smiling and upload it to Instagram. The picture must be of Entrant (and others if Entrant wishes) and Entrant (and others, if applicable) must be smiling and include three hash tags: #HoneyBunchesofSmiles, #the city you are in, and #the city you are sending your smile to (example: #HoneyBunchesofSmiles, #Chicago to #LA). You must have an iPhone or Android device and use the Instagram app/software to participate via this method. You can download it for free at iTunes.com (for iPhones) and amazon.com or googleplay.com (for Android devices).
Limit one entry per day per email address/Facebook user ID/envelope/person.
A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 4, 2013 from all eligible entries received to award one Grand Prize. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified first by email and must respond with his/her street address, city, state, zip, daytime phone number and age within 48 hours of notification. Potential Grand prize winner will then be contacted by mail and will also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
One (1) Grand Prize: $2,000 that winner may use towards travel to see a loved one. Prize to be awarded as a $2,000 American Express gift card. Gift card subject to terms and conditions of issuer. ARV: $2,000.

General Guidelines for entries via Facebook & Instagram: All entries must meet the
following guidelines:
• Entrant must be 18 years of age or older as of February 11, 2013.
• Entrant must appear in the photograph and photograph must be of Entrant smiling. If other individuals appear in the photograph with Entrant, Entrant must have the permission of everyone appearing in the photograph (or their parent's/legal guardian's permission if individual is a minor in his/her state of residence) to use their names and/or likenesses in any and all media for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval.
• By entering, entrant agrees that all materials received will be the property of Post Foods, LLC ("Sponsor") and the Sponsor will have authority to post photographs in a public gallery on Facebook.com and/or any website photo gallery at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity.
• Limit one Entry per email address/Facebook user ID/person per day and each Entry/photograph submitted must be unique and not a copy of a previous photograph submitted by the entrant and cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be disqualified. Sponsor and other Promotion Parties (defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected photographs/entries.
• Content: Each Entry/photograph must be suitable for display and publication, in all forms of media, including but not limited to the internet, the World Wide Web, print, radio, and network, cable or satellite television broadcast. Entries must be dignified, modest and in good taste, must not be obscene or indecent, including but not limited to containing pornography or profanity, nor contain any offensive or defamatory statements including but not limited to words or symbols that might be considered offensive to individuals of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group, nor include threats to any person, place, business, or group, nor invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, including, without limitation, any third party trademarks or copyrights, nor portray Sponsor or Sponsor's brands or products in any way that might tend to subject any of them to public contempt, scandal, disrepute or ridicule, and must not contain any material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Entry is created. Sponsor reserves the right to make determinations of suitability in its sole and absolute discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be inappropriate for any of the reasons listed above, or for any other reason.
• All Entries must comply with all Facebook & Instagram rules and regulations.
