Fan Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Deep Creek Ventures, 300 Magnolia Ave, Charlotte, NC, 28203 (the "Sponsor"). Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in these Official Rules.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor and its parent company, franchisees, partners, retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, printing suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Promotion
Parties") and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employees (whether related or not), are not eligible to play or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local
laws and regulations, and void where prohibited by such laws. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the independent judges whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the
winners.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time February, 14, 2012 and entries may be made until 11:59 P.M. Pacific Standard Time March 15, 2012 (the "Entry Period"). From time to time during the Entry Period, the Sponsor will announce on

After you have completed the required information, you will receive one (1)
entry ("Entry") in the Sweepstakes. If a user specifies a user who referred him or her to the Sweepstakes "Referrer" by writing the name of the Referrer in the referrer field of the entry form, the Referrer will receive one (1) entry "Referrer Entry" for the $500 in Z-MAN fishing lures AND it allows them a spot on the trip as well. . Only users who have entered in the Sweepstakes are eligible for a Referrer Entry. Names of users who have not entered will not be issued a Referrer Entry. By submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Entry Guidelines and Restrictions").
NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES
Alternative Entry: To enter without creating or accessing the Internet, hand print your name,address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to Deep Creek Ventures, 300 Magnolia Ave, Unit 206
Charlotte, NC, 28203. Upon receipt, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by
March 14, 2013, and received by December 15, 2012. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
Each entrant may submit only one Entry during the Entry Period. Each entrant may receive more than one Referrer Entries. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or player.
The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor cannot predict the number of Entries which will be made to the Sweepstakes.
ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY, IT BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The Sponsor will choose one Entry as the winner. If the winning Entry also contains one valid Referrer Entry, the user named in the Referrer Entry will receive the $500 in Z-MAN lures and one of the 4 spots on the FL Keys trip as well.
Winner will be notified within 30-days of the end of the Sweepstakes by email using the contact information provided with the original entry in the form. If winner does not respond by email to the notification within 5 calendar days, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner
will be selected. Winner of the Sweepstakes may be required (in Sponsor's sole discretion) to complete and return (within 10 calendar days of written notification) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Failure to comply with the 10-day time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected. Winner's Entry submission and acceptance of
the Prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address
(city and state) and Photo, in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.
