21st Century Insurance Car Madness Sweepstakes ~ 3/15/13

Participants must submit all required materials by March 15, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST to be considered eligible for the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified on March 25, 2013.

Open to U.S residents, living within the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Sweepstakes is not available for residents of RI.

Participants must complete the online enrollment form in full, complete the bracket picks in full, and confirm they are 18 or older. The winner will be selected based on having submitted a bracket with the winning vehicle and most matching individual winning brackets. The winning vehicle will be determined by the most number of bracket submissions listing that vehicle as the final winner from the 64 initial vehicles presented. 21st Century Insurance reserves the right to reject any entries it deems inappropriate. Final determination of the winner shall be in the sole discretion of 21st Century Insurance based on timing of submission of all required materials.

Limit one (1) bracket submission per entrant.

One winner, to be determined by first to submit a bracket with the winning vehicle and most matching individual winning brackets, will be awarded two tickets to the 2013 NCAA Men's Championship game and $2,100 cash. The prize will be presented in the form of a pair of tickets and a gift card. Before receiving the prize, participants will be required to sign a release. The winner may be required to agree to an interview for 21st.com and must agree to have their picture shared on the site in order to be eligible for the prize. Winner will be notified via phone and email on March 25, 2013 and have 24 hours from time of notification to confirm the prize is accepted. If confirmation is not received via email or phone, another winner will be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.
