Timing: begins at 9:00:00 am Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on February 14, 2013 through 11:59:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on April 1, 2013
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older
Limit: Entrants may play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day
Prizes:
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2013 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in New Orleans, LA from April 26, 2013 to April 28, 2013. Prize consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner's residence within the U.S. to New Orleans, LA; three (3) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy); two (2) single-day tickets to the Jazz Festival for two (2) days (for a total of four (4) tickets); three (3) days rental car (subject to rental car company's standard restrictions); two (2) passes allowing access for winner and guest to the Acura VIP area at the Jazz Festival; and $1,500.00 USD in spending money for the winner, awarded as a Visa Gift Card. Cash card subject to terms and conditions set forth by issuer. ARV of trip: $7,320.00. Grand Prize winner will be loaned one (1) digital camera during the Jazz Festival. Sponsor requests that winner use such player to record his/her experience at the Jazz Festival through photos and videos. Sponsor will provide additional details, including photo and video guidelines, at the time of the winner's attendance at the Jazz Festival. Digital camera (with all recorded photos, videos, and memory devices) must be returned to Sponsor in the condition in which it was received. Any damage to portable digital camera is the responsibility of Grand Prize winner.

Fifteen (15) First Prizes: one official Jazz Festival hat and one official Jazz Festival t-shirt (size: adult large). ARV: $50.
Forty seven (47) Second Prizes: $25 iTunes® card.
