The Giveaway will open on Facebook February 21, 2013 at 5:00pm PST and will end February 28, 2013 at 9:00pm PST. To be valid for the term of the Giveaway, a fully completed entry form must be received by 9:00pm PST on February 27, 2013 (the “Giveaway Closing Date”). The odds of winning a prize are directly related to the number of valid entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. Online entry forms become the property of Grüv Media and will not be returned to entrants.

ELIGIBILITY This Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States of America and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entering the Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway you agree to and accept these official rules. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. One entry per person.

PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZE The winners will be selected by random draw. There are 3 chances to win. The winners will be drawn and contacted by email within 24 hours of the following date and time:

March 1, 2013 - 10:00am PST
If contact cannot be made with the winner within 2 days of the initial contact attempt, they will forfeit their prize and a random draw will be held and a new winner will be drawn.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE Each winner will receive the following prize:
