The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET")
on April 1, 2013 and ends at 3:00 p.m. ET on July 1, 2013
legal residents of the fifty (50)
United States (excluding Rhode Island), the District of Columbia and Canada
who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at
least 18 years old) at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail
address and per household, regardless of method of entry.
PRIZES: One (1) Prize Is Available To Be Awarded. Winner will receive a
prize package including: (i) round-trip coach air transportation, as determined by
Sponsor, for Winner plus three (3) guests, from the major U.S./Canadian airport
nearest Winner's residence to Kansas City International Airport for the 2013
AT&T MLS All-Star game traveling on July 30 – August 1, 2013); (ii) one (1) hotel
room for standard, double occupancy accommodation for two (2) nights in the
Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by Sponsor; (iii) four (4) tickets to
the 2013 AT&T MLS All-Star game scheduled to be played at Sporting Park on
July 31, 2013 in locations chosen by the Sponsor and (iv) a Kinect™ for Xbox
360® Prize Pack, which includes a 4GB Xbox 360 console, Kinect Sensor, and
Kinect Adventures Game (Retail Value of Kinect™ for Xbox 360® Prize Pack is
$299.99) (the "Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value of Total Prize ("ARV"):
$4,300.
