If you don't yet "Like" Fandango on Facebook you may enter by first clicking to "Like" Fandango on Facebook, then accepting the Fandango Oscar® Ballot App permissions, placing one (1) vote for each of the sixteen (16) Oscar® categories in the Oscar® ballot provided, and clicking "Submit." You may return to edit your ballot after initial submission, in the sixteen categories only, but must submit your final entry before 2:00 p.m. PT on February 24, 2013.
PRIZES: Up to one hundred (100) Prizes will be awarded in this Contest. Each Prize will consist of: one (1) Fandango Promotional Code ("Promo Code") worth up to thirty dollars (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $30.00), to be delivered by email to Winner's email address as submitted at Contest entry, good toward the purchase of movie tickets on www.Fandango.co
Total ARV of all Prizes is up to three thousand dollars ($3,000.00).
Promo Code is good toward 2 tickets (up to $30 total value), redeemable at www.fandango.co

When the Contest Entry Period closes, all entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor and consisting of NBCUniversal Digital Entertainment, LLC employees ("Judges"), who will, on or before February 27, 2013, select all entries which accurately stated the actual winner in each of the sixteen (16) Oscar® categories in the Oscar® ballot provided at Contest entry. If one hundred (100) entrants or less provide the correct answer for the actual winner in each of the sixteen categories, each of those entrants will be a potential Contest winner ("Potential Winner") and will receive the prize described below ("Prize").
If more than one hundred (100) entrants provide the correct answer in each of the sixteen categories, which will be deemed a tie of Potential Winners, the Judges will break the tie by requesting, within one week of the end of the Contest Entry Period, that each of the Potential Winners submit by email to Fandango one (1) fictional Oscar acceptance speech on his or her own behalf within one (1) week of being requested to do so. The judges will review each of the submissions by Potential Winners and will select what they deem in their sole discretion to be the top 100 submissions (the "Top 100") based on Originality (1/3), Creativity (1/3), and Relevance to the Theme (1/3). Decisions of Sponsor and Judges are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest.
