Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 11, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on March 31, 2013.

Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States or Canada, (including the District of Columbia, excluding the province of Quebec), who have reached the age of majority in their state (or province) of residence at the time of entry.

Maximum of one (1) entry per person per email/mailing address throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about April 10, 2013. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone (a message will not be left) and/or by email. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three business (3) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people to Quebec City, Canada. The Grand Prize package includes:
(i) two (2) round-trip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor, (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location),
(ii) four (4) night’s hotel accommodations in the historic Chateau Frontenac, and
(iii) a $1,000 Wild Taste dining allowance to explore the culinary delights of Old Quebec City.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total prize package is $4,800 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Travel, hotel and other accommodations subject to availability. Winner and traveling companion must travel on same itinerary. The trip must be executed in full no later than April 10, 2014. It is the responsibility of the the Winner and companion to each obtain a valid passport prior to their departure date.
