To obtain a Code without a purchase: Print your name and residential address, phone, date of birth and e-mail on 3"x5" card. Mail in an envelope with proper postage to: 2013 Dr Pepper/KFC From Medium to Larger Than Life Promotion, PO Box 94079, Atlanta, GA 30377
