open to persons who are: (a) Registered Users (as defined below); (b) legal residents of the United States; and (c) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.
begins on February 20, 2013 at 2:45 PM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 16, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
Prize (the "Prize"): The Sweepstakes shall award one (1) Prize that consists of one (1) Entertainment Center that includes one (1) Big Screen TV, one (1) set of Speakers, one (1) Blu-ray DVD Player, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of Two Thousand Dollars (US$2,000.00) and Three Thousand Dollars (US $3000.00) to be awarded in the form of a check. At Prize winner's (the "Winner") request and Administrator's sole and exclusive choice the Prize may be converted to Five Thousand Dollars (US$5000.00) to be awarded in the form of a check.
Approximate retail value of the Prize is Five Thousand Dollars (US$5,000.00).
