Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the Continental United States 21 years of age and older.
Promotional Period: enter on-line between November 1, 1999 and December 31, 2013.
Limit: Entry is limited to one per person/E-Mail address per month.
Winner Selection: One drawing will be conducted for a given month, on the first business day of each month, beginning November 1, 1999. All entries must be received between 12:00 AM EST on the first day of an eligible month and 11:59 PM EST on the last day of that month, and a random drawing from all eligible entries for that month will be conducted on or about the first business day of the following month. Limit one prize per person or E-Mail address in each calendar year. The winner will be notified by electronic mail. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release and provide Brother with his/her tax id number for tax purposes, and return it within 14 days of the date indicated on the notification, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a substitute. If prize notification is returned undelivered/undeliverable for any reason, prize will be awarded to a substitute.
Prize: One winner from each monthly sweepstakes will receive $1,000 check. Allow thirty days for delivery. Limit one prize per person or E-Mail address in each calendar year.
