Timing:
• begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2013 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
• The entry period for Grand Prize #1 commences at 12:00 a.m. E.T. on March 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2013 (the "Grand Prize #1 Period").
• The entry period for Grand Prize #2 and First Prize runs throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
• Second and Third Prizes shall be awarded on a bi-weekly basis during the Sweepstakes Period, chosen from eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period as of the date of each bi-weekly drawing.

Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, who are the older of 18 years of age or at least the age of majority

Prizes:
Grand Prize #1 (1): A trip to the 2013 Indianapolis 500® Mile Race ("Indy
500") for winner and three (3) guests. Trip includes: round-trip coach class air
transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence, hotel
accommodations for four (4) nights (one room, quadruple occupancy at hotel
chosen by Sponsor), four (4) tickets to the Indianapolis 500® Mile Race and a
USD$500.00/CD$500.00 Promotional MasterCard® Reward Card. Reward
Card is subject to terms of use and expiration date, where lawful. The
approximate retail value of the Grand Prize #1 is
USD$8,750.00/CD$8,915.00.

Grand Prize #2 (1): One eight (8) day, seven (7) night DreamWorks Experience
Royal Caribbean Cruise for winner and three (3) guests (one cabin, quadruple
occupancy) and a USD$500.00/CD$500.00 Promotional MasterCard® Reward
Card. Reward Card is subject to terms of use and expiration date, where lawful.
Prize also includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport
nearest winner's residence to closest airport to the port of departure and hotel
accommodations for one (1) night (one room, quadruple occupancy) for the
night before cruise departure. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize
#2 is USD$8,350.00/CD$8,507.00.

First Prize (5): A set of four (4) Sponsor-specified Firestone Tires, awarded in the form of a gift certificate (ARV: USD$800.00/CD$815.00 each). The cost of mounting and balancing of tires is extra and the sole responsibility of the winner.
