Promotion begins on March 1, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-five (25) years old at the time of entry.
"Like" the National Car Rental Facebook page, enter/play through the PGA Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
Once you enter the application or visit the website from your web-enabled mobile device, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.
Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) entry/play per day during the Promotion Period for registering or logging in.
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A PGA Championship prize pack which includes:
(i) four (4) tickets for each day of the 2013 PGA Championship in Rochester, NY;
(ii) one (1) year of Emerald Club Executive Elite status;
(iii) $5,000 (U.S.$ or CAN$, depending on the country of residence of the winner) that can be used toward travel to and from the 2013 PGA Championship; and
(iv) National / PGA Championship branded merchandise.
Winner is responsible for all transportation to and from the 2013 PGA Championship. If applicable, winner and guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for travel between the United States and Canada. Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The winner acknowledges that tickets shall be for the exclusive use of winner and guests. Winner acknowledges that any resale or repackaging of tickets is expressly prohibited, inclusive of but not limited to including tickets in travel, hospitality packages or sweepstakes. The PGA of America reserves the right to deny access to anyone who attempts to enter, or enters, the PGA Championship tournament grounds with a ticket obtained through inappropriate sources. The Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. If the winner is Canadian, 30% of the cash portion of the prize will be withheld and remitted to the IRS to comply with U.S. tax laws. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $23,690 USD.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
FORTY (40) FIRST PRIZES: A PGA Championship golf pouch with golf balls and tees. ARV: $36 USD.
THIRTY (30) SECOND PRIZES: A PGA Championship workout duffle bag. ARV: $34 USD.
