Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/1/13 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/1/13.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older and who have a valid e-mail account as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes.
"Like" the NYC New York Color Facebook page, enter through the Paint the Town tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person or e-mail address per day.
Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive a night on the town for winner and one (1) guest in winner's home city ("Town Trip"). Town Trip consists of dinner for two (2) at a restaurant of winner's choice at a maximum value of $250.00; movie tickets for two (2) to a movie of winner's choice at a maximum value of $50.00; one (1) $500 gift card for a shopping spree in winner's home city (issuer of gift card to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and ground transportation within winner's home city at a maximum value of $250.00. Grand Prize winner will also receive a NYC New York Color Collection containing items such as In a New York Color Minute Nail Polish, In a New York Color Minute Star Dust Sparkle Top Coat, Big Bold Bronzer in ManhaTan and HD Eye Shadow Trio (specific items included in collection to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). If dinner for two (2), movie tickets for two (2), shopping spree or ground transportation within winner's home city exceeds indicated maximum value, winner will be responsible for any additional costs.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $1,100.00. Actual final value of Town Trip may be higher or lower based on restaurant chosen and movie/movie theatre chosen. Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, the guest of Grand Prize winner must be such winner's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize must be redeemed by 12/31/13. If potential Grand Prize winner is unavailable to redeem prize by 12/31/13 for any reason, prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner selected from among all eligible entries received for random drawing. Once arrangements are booked, dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel once arrangements are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
